    The orders are placed only online, we don't have a phisical restaurant. The website presents exactly what are the products that the customers can receive, and helps them place the order.

    Our target audience is people that work long hours or students who don't have enough time to cook. We want to atract everybody. The benefits are that you don't have to walk to a pizza place to order or collect the pizza. The orderd are only placed online, and don't have to bother calling. We make the best pizza in town. We offer reduced delivery time, we take personalized orders ( we can make the pizza in the shape you want, attach different messages ), and the lack of effort in ordering.  Our unique point of differentiation is that we can only be found online and the fact that we are super fast!  We are an online business that have dedicated people behind it. We don't really have competition ( because we are the only ones that are ONLY online in town ). We might consider the restaurants that have delivery services a competitor, but we bring something new so people will be curious about us. We can consider reducing the delivery time even more, to attract more customers day by day.
